Where do I even begin? Andie spent countless nights with us during some of the most difficult months of our son's sleep. Andie is nurturing, peaceful, kind, and a consummate professional. Our family has always valued dependability and consistency but these traits mattered even more as we were new parents. With so much "new" and so little in our control, having someone show up on-time (actually early), confident, and always ready to help was a blessing. Her presence left us feeling taken care of and supported, which led to restful nights of sleep.

Eventually, we got into a routine and figured out how to sleep as a family without support but those months with Andie were invaluable. I have a work trip coming up and in preparing for it, I've already reached out to Andie to stay with my wife and son just in case help is needed. We trust her endlessly and would highly recommend her or her wonderful family as a member of your family team when you need a restful night of sleep, coverage for a date night, or frankly just need a peaceful member of the village to help keep it all together :).

As a first time mom, I was so nervous about the postpartum period - coming home from the hospital with a new baby, and no experience at all! Andie was with us for four nights postpartum, and it was the best decision we've ever made. Even my husband, who was hesitant to pay for the service while I was pregnant, later said he would have a postpartum doula all over again! She was with us from 7p-7a the first night, and 8 hours each night after that. I immediately felt so comfortable with her in our home, as she was quiet, respectful and even great with our dog! Most importantly, she immediately took to our new baby and gave us so much peace of mind so we could recover from our few sleepless nights in the hospital. She cared for our baby, washed bottles, folded baby's laundry, and allowed us to sleep! It was truly the rest my body and mind needed after the delivery process. I'm so thankful for her support and would recommend her to everyone!

I don't even know if I can truly put into words just how thankful I am for Andie and her family of doulas at Little Blue Elephant... but I'll try.

Being a new mum to a beautiful little girl, living on the other side of the world with no village, support or family and a husband that travels weekly for work - it's easy to feel overwhelmed, tired, anxious and honestly, a little bit lonely at times. My husband hiring Andie to help postpartum, has been the best decision we could've possibly made.

I often tell Andie that she is a real life angel. Watching her, and honestly, her whole entire family, be so calm, nurturing, attentive and kind to my daughter at every single interaction, always makes me feel so at ease that she is being cared for by the very best while I get a restful night's sleep.

The way Andie has held and continues to hold me and my family during postpartum has been nothing short of amazing and I will be forever grateful for her. From advice on c section recovery, feeding, burping, pumping, reflux, gas, bathing, diaper rash, naps, schedules and more - she always goes above and beyond and has always offered a wealth of knowlege, without judgement, while confidently answering any question or concern I may have.

Washing and sterilizing bottles and pump parts, folding baby girl's laundry, labeling bottles, feeding and soothing my daughter to sleep throughout the night, changing diapers, administering medicine or cream if needed and taking the time to really check in with me mentally each visit... The care is truly second to none. Andie and her family have become my villiage and I couldn't be any more grateful for each and every one of them.

Andie always arrives early and is willing to do an extra shift or stay a little longer or start earlier at short notice if needed... I know that I can always count on her which can be really rare to find. She's super accommodating, incredibly reliable and has amazing communication skills - sending overnight reports via text as soon as she leaves in the morning so I know exactly how my daughter's night went and when she is due to wake, feed and be changed next.

Andie truly is just an all round wonderful human to be around and her care extends well beyond just getting a restful night's sleep.
I always look forward to having a chat with her when she arrives, not just about giving her updates on my daughter, but as a friend catching eachother up on how the week's been and what is going on in our lives... something that has really been invaluable for my mental health postpartum and living so far away from home and family.

Andie is our regular postpartum doula each week but I have also had the pleasure of meeting and working with all the doulas from Little Blue Elephant - Jamie, Ali and Aleks... all of which have been just as wonderful, and I also feel like it needs a mention, that every single one of these ladies have been incredibly kind to our animals too.

I will never forget Jamie's kindness the first night of having overnight care. She was warm and kind and sat with me for almost an hour talking about my birth and genuinely wanting to know how I was feeling mentally. She gave me comfort and reassurance when I needed it most and she made me feel so safe that I genuinely felt like I was chatting to an old friend. In between taking care of my daughter and loving on her, she also took the time to make me a personalized Amazon store front so that I could easily look at items to purchase that she felt might help me and my daughter. Since then, Andie has also added to the store front with many other great reccomendations. I appreciated this so much as being a new mum, I didn't have the time to do this myself, nor did I know what I should be looking for. Jamie still checks in every now and then to ask about how my daughter is doing and wishes me happy holidays - and every time it makes me feel so special to be thought of and cared for. She has an incredibly kind heart and what a joy it is to be around her... what a joy it is to be around them all.

I cannot sing the praises of each one of these ladies enough. If we get so blessed to have another child, I've already told Andie that I want her by my side for the entire journey - from prenatal to the birth to postpartum.

The entire team at LBE made my first pregnancy and delivery SO much less stressful. I truly have relied on them for so many things, and they have never fallen short! From having a great Amazon storefront of recommended items, to being available whenever I had any questions or concerns, I always felt fully taken care of at every turn. Going over the birthing plan beforehand gave me such a peace going into my first childbirth.

Having Andie in the delivery room was an absolute godsend, her continual support made a huge difference in my comfort through the entire process! I was even blessed with an afterbirth Doula overnight when I got mastitis pretty soon after the birth. Ali took such incredible care of my LO and ensured that I had precious hours of sleep and didn't have to worry about a thing.

Jamie is an incredible wealth of knowledge that I still am able to lean on when I have a question about something, and Aden took great care of our pupper on the home front while we were in the hospital. I would recommend Little Blue Elephant Doula Services 10/10 for any momma and will absolutely be using them again for any future babes!

We absolutely loved having Isabel as our nanny. She jumped into caring for our 18-month-old triplets with such ease that it felt like she’d been part of our routine for ages. The girls connected with her from day one. They lit up every time she walked in the door.

What stood out most was how naturally she balanced everything: she stayed fully engaged with the girls on their level, really brought out their personalities, and still kept the day running smoothly. She managed meals, naps, and chores without ever seeming rushed or overwhelmed. We always felt our daughters were safe, understood, and genuinely cared for.

Anyone would be lucky to have Isabel. She made our home feel calmer, happier, and more supported, and we’re really grateful for the time she spent with our family.

We've used a doula service and three different nanny services at this point, and Little Blue Elephant is far and away the best. It's not even close.

Aden and Isabella have been amazing with our three girls, but genuinely every nanny we've interacted with through LBE has been truly incredible. They don't just show up and babysit. They actually love on our kids, play with them constantly, get down on the floor with them, make up little games, sing songs, do art projects, and take them on field trips every week to get them out of the house and exploring. Our girls light up every time they see them and don't even miss mom and dad. That tells you everything you need to know.

The other thing that blows us away is how they leave our kitchen and play areas spotless and totally organized every single time. As working parents, coming home to a clean house after a long day is honestly such a huge weight off our shoulders and something we never got from other services.

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about LBE. From the very first day we came home from the hospital, they were an absolute lifeline for our family.

As brand-new parents, we had no idea what we were doing, and our postpartum doula guided us every step of the way with patience, knowledge, and reassurance. She supported me through breastfeeding struggles when I was feeling overwhelmed, made sure we were getting the sleep we desperately needed, and handled all of our baby’s overnight care seamlessly. Knowing our baby was in such capable hands gave us so much peace of mind. She was also always available during the day to answer questions, which made a huge difference in those early weeks.

We continued with overnight support three nights a week until our baby was four months old, which was a game changer—especially once I returned to work. She not only cared for our baby but also kept everything running smoothly by doing laundry, cleaning bottles, sanitizing, and restocking supplies. I honestly don’t know how we would have managed without her during that time.

Now, we’ve transitioned to full-time nanny care with them, and it has exceeded every expectation. Our nanny, Isabel, is absolutely incredible—truly more than we could have ever hoped for. She is so engaging and attentive with our baby, spending time doing arts and crafts, playing, singing, and nurturing his development in such a loving way. She also goes above and beyond with daily tasks like laundry, meal prep, feeding, cleaning up, and even keeping us informed about supplies we’re running low on.

I often come home to a house that looks better than when I left it, which speaks volumes about the level of care and dedication she provides.

LBE has exceeded our expectations in every possible way. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for postpartum care, overnight doula support, or full-time nanny services. They have been such a blessing to our family.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with this doula night nurse and babysitting service. From the very beginning, the communication was professional, warm, and incredibly reassuring. As parents with a busy household, having someone we could trust made such a difference for our family.

Our night nurse, (Andie) was knowledgeable, gentle, and clearly very experienced with children of all ages. She cared for our newborn with so much attentiveness and love, while also keeping our one-year-old and four-year-old happy, safe, and engaged. Managing three little ones at once is no small task, and she handled it with such calm, patience, and confidence.
