Andzelika is a certified birth, bereavement, and postpartum doula and the founder of Little Blue Elephant.
With more than to years of hands-on experience caring for children, newborns, and families, she is passionate about helping parents feel supported, confident, and empowered throughout every stage of parenthood.
Known for her calm, compassionate presence, Andzelika combines clinical knowledge with heartfelt care. creating an environment where both parents and children feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported.
Over the past decade, Andzelika has had the privilege of supporting hundreds of children and families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, overnight newborn care, concierge childcare, travel, and medically supported childcare. She specializes in overnight newborn care, postpartum recovery, newborn routines, parent education, and helping families confidently navigate the transition into parenthood. Her experience caring for newborns, infants, multiples, and children with a variety of medical and developmental needs allows her to provide individualized support while fostering confidence, independence, and peace of mind for every family she serves.
Andzelika believes exceptional care begins with trust, communication, and meaningful relationships. She understands that every family has unique routines, parenting styles, and goals, tailoring her care to reflect those individual needs. Paramedic Alicja ~ NREMTP, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS, NRP, BLS, CPR, SBD
Alicja is a certified birth and postpartum doula, nationally registered paramedic, elder care provider, and estate planning coordinator with more than 10 years of childcare experience and 5 years of advanced medical experience. She is passionate about supporting families through every stage of life, from welcoming a newborn to caring for aging loved ones, with compassion, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail.
Drawing from her extensive background in both adult and pediatric critical care medicine, Alicja provides a unique combination of clinical expertise and nurturing support. She specializes in postpartum recovery, overnight newborn care, medically assisted infant and senior care, and helping families confidently navigate life's transitions with personalized, concierge-level service.
Alicja believes every family deserves to feel supported, informed, and cared for. She creates a calm, respectful environment while tailoring her care to each family's unique needs, allowing parents to recover with confidence and older adults to receive compassionate, dignified support. Her steady presence, reliability, and genuine heart for service make her a trusted resource during life's most meaningful moments.
Having traveled to more than 12 countries with her family, Alicja values creating lasting memories and cherishes quality time with loved ones. As the oldest of four daughters, caring for others has always come naturally to her. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with the families she serves and is committed to providing exceptional care to children, adults, and even beloved family pets.
EMT Adelena ~ NREMT, SBD, BLS, CPR
Adelena is a licensed Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), certified birth and bereavement doula, and experienced childcare provider with more than eight years of hands-on experience caring for children and supporting families. She combines advanced medical knowledge with a calm, compassionate presence, giving parents confidence that their loved ones are receiving exceptional care.
With experience caring for children from newborns through pre-teens, Adelena specializes in supporting medically fragile infants, children with complex medical needs, and families requiring knowledgeable, dependable care. Whether assisting with newborn care, providing sick-child support, or monitoring children with specialized healthere needs, she approaches every family with professionalism, patience, and attention to detail.
Families appreciate Adelena's reassuring demeanor and her ability to create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and parents feel supported. Her background in emergency medicine allows her to remain calm under pressure while delivering personalized, concierge-level care tailored to each family's unique needs.
Outside of her work with families, Adelena enjoys serving in her church's children's ministry and giving back to her community. She also has experience caring for family pets, including training and handling K-9 protection dogs, making her a trusted caregiver for the entire household. Adelena is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with the families she serves while providing compassionate, reliable care through every stage of childhood.
Isabel ~ BLS, CPR
Isabel is a compassionate childeare provider, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and nursing student currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). With current BLS and CPR certifications, she combines clinical knowledge with a warm, nurturing approach, providing families with attentive, dependable care. Her completion of ROTC reflects her strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and service-qualities she brings into every home she enters.
Born in Puerto Rico, Isabel is fluent in both English and Spanish and is currently learning Italian. Her passion for serving others has led her to participate in multiple medical mission and service trips throughout the United States, South America, and Africa. Most recently, she served families and children in Uganda, where she gained invaluable experience working alongside underserved communities while strengthening her compassion, adaptability, and cultural awareness.
With extensive experience caring for newborns through in years of age, Isabel creates a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children feel loved, supported, and encouraged to grow. She enjoys planning age-appropriate activities, encouraging developmental milestones, and building genuine relationships with each child. Her calm, patient nature allows her to quickly earn children's trust while giving parents confidence and peace of mind. As a devoted aunt to her three nieces, she naturally brings the same warmth, attentiveness, and protective care to every family she serves.
Outside of school and caregiving, Isabel volunteers in her church's children's ministry, where she mentors and encourages children in a positive, faith-centered environment. A passionate traveler with a servant's heart, she is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with the families she serves while providing compassionate, dependable, concierge-level care tailored to each family's unique needs.
EMT Isabella ~ NREMT, BLS, CPR
Isabella is a bilingual (English and Spanish) licensed Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with active
NREMT, BLS, and CPR certifications. She is currently furthering her education as a paramedic student while pursuing her long-term goal of becoming a flight nurse. With a calm, compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills, Isabella provides families with the reassurance and confidence that their children are receiving exceptional care.
Driven by a passion for both emergency medicine and childcare, Isabella combines her clinical knowledge with a warm, nurturing approach. Through her experience working with children and volunteering in youth-focused programs, she has developed a natural ability to build trust, create meaningful connections, and help children feel safe, comfortable, and supported. Whether engaging in play, assisting with daily routines, or caring for a child during illness or injury, she approaches every interaction with patience, kindness, and genuine compassion.
With two years of volunteer experience serving children and a growing passion for pediatric emergency medicine, Isabella understands the unique emotional and developmental needs of young patients. She communicates with children in a calm, age-appropriate manner that helps case fear and anxiety while providing parents with clear communication and peace of mind. Her bilingual abilities allow her to connect with and support an even wider range of families.
Her three years in a firefighter cadet program provided valuable experience in teamwork, emergency response, leadership, and remaining composed under pressure. Newborn Care Specialist Michelle ~ BLS, CPR
With more than five years of professional childcare experience caring for children from newborns through school age, Michelle brings a unique combination of nurturing care and educational expertise to every family she serves. Her experience includes infant and newborn care, supporting developmental milestones, establishing healthy routines, and creating engaging environments where children feel safe, confident, and encouraged to learn.
Michelle's passion for education began in the classroom, where she served as both a preschool lead teacher and assistant teacher while also substitute teaching in private schools. Her background in carly childhood education has provided her with extensive experience in classroom management, lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and fostering children's academic, social, and emotional development.
One of Michelle's most rewarding experiences began when a family asked her to homeschool their children.
What started with one family quickly expanded into a thriving multi-family micro school serving four to ten students. Michelle designed and implemented a comprehensive curriculum, planned daily lessons, coordinated educational field trips, organized holiday celebrations, and developed a summer camp program that became a favorite among the families she served.
Michelle believes children learn best through engaging, hands-on experiences tailored to their individual learning styles. She enjoys incorporating literacy, STEM activities, creative arts, sensory play, outdoor exploration, and practical life skills into everyday routines, helping children build confidence, curiosity, and a genuine love of learning.

Scarlett ~ BLS, CPR
With more than five years of childcare experience, Scarlett has cared for children ranging from newborns and infants through the teenage years. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Psychology at the University of Central Florida, she combines compassionate care with a strong understanding of child development, health, and
Scarlett has a special passion for caring for infants and young children. She enjoys supporting healthy development through nurturing care, age-appropriate activities, consistent routines, and responsive interactions. Her calm, patient approach helps children feel safe, secure, and encouraged as they grow.
Her education in nursing and psychology provides an added level of confidence for families. Scarlett's academic background has strengthened her knowledge of child development, emotional well-being, infant safety, and developmental milestones, allowing her to provide thoughtful, developmentally appropriate care.
Outside of caring for families, Scarlett enjoys participating in mission work in the Dominican Republic, reading, drawing, and spending time with family and friends. She is passionate about creating a loving. engaging environment where children feel valued while providing parents with peace of mind.
Safety is always at the forefront of Scarlett's caregiving philosophy. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR and is known for her dependable nature, excellent communication skills, and ability to build trusting relationships with both parents and children.
Kaitlyn ~ BLS, CPR
Kaitlyn is an experienced professional nanny with more than eight years of childcare experience, caring for infants, toddlers, and young children. Certified in BLS and CPR, she is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel loved, supported, and encouraged to reach every developmental milestone with confidence.
With a warm, energetic personality, Kaitlyn believes children learn best through meaningful experiences and hands-on exploration. She enjoys incorporating creative play, sensory activities, music, reading, outdoor adventures, and age-appropriate learning into each day while fostering independence, confidence, language development, and curiosity. She has a special passion for working with toddlers and helping them develop lifelong skills through purposeful, play-based learning.
Kaitlyn loves planning enriching outings that encourage both learning and exploration, including visits to the library, playgrounds, splash pads, children's museums, story times, and other family-friendly activities. She also takes pride in preparing children's meals, maintaining organized play spaces and nurseries, rotating developmentally appropriate toys and activities, and assisting with child-related household responsibilities that help families maintain a smooth, well-balanced routine.

Kayley has a genuine passion for caring for children and helping them learn, grow, and thrive. With experience working with children ranging from g months to 12 years old, she brings patience, creativity, and a nurturing presence to every family she serves.
For two years, Kayley taught in a Montessori classroom, where she fostered independence, supported children's developmental milestones, and created engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and hands-on learning experiences. She particularly enjoys incorporating practical life skills, fine motor development, and enriching activities into each child's daily routine while encouraging confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning.
Known for her calm, dependable, and engaging approach, Kayley enjoys planning meaningful activities that are both fun and developmentally appropriate. She values building strong relationships with the families she works alongside and strives to create a safe, supportive, and positive environment where children feel encouraged to explore and grow.
Outside of caring for children, Kayley has a love for travel and enjoys experiencing new places and cultures.
