Andzelika ~ NRP, BLS, CPR, AWOHNN, SBD

Andzelika is the CEO/Owner of LBE, she is also a certified birth, bereavement, and postpartum doula, who is dedicated to supporting new parents as they navigate the journey into parenthood. With a decade of hands on experience working closely with families and their little ones, her passion for helping families shines through in her work as a doula. Andzelika is an asset to any parent. She provides a caring and comforting presence, in addition to a wealth of knowledge that helps parents feel empowered and confident as they embrace the joys and challenges of raising their little ones. Andzelika specializes in overnight postpartum care and newborn care and is committed to providing exceptional care for newborns and new parents. Offering overnight support to parents is essential. This service is invaluable in helping parents manage the sleepless nights that accompany caring for a newborn. Andzelika tailors her services to suit each family's unique needs, understanding that every parent-baby relationship is different. This approach ensures that families receive the support and guidance they need during this special yet challenging period. Having traveled to 12 countries with her family, Andzelika cherishes family moments and highlights the importance of community support in parenting. With a dedication to helping parents, she excels in engaging with children of all ages. Jamie ~ EMT, NREMT, ACLS, PALS, NRP, BLS, CPR, AWHONN

Jamie is a proud mother of four daughters, she brings firsthand knowledge and empathy to every family she works with. What sets Jamie apart is not only her extensive medical training but also her deep understanding of the joys and challenges of motherhood. Jamie, the "medical mama," has over 30 years of experience in both emergency medical care and childcare. With her exceptional skills and compassionate nature, Jamie has earned the reputation as the ultimate guardian angel for families in need. Jamie holds an impressive array of certifications, including being a licensed EMT and certified in CPR, Neonatal resuscitation, PALS, ACLS, and fetal heart monitoring. She is also trained as a birth, bereavement, and postpartum doula, providing unparalleled support during the most vulnerable moments of life. Her areas of expertise are as diverse as they are specialized. From caring for multiples to attending to medically fragile babies, Jamie is well-equipped to handle any situation. She is a guiding light for families facing unique medical circumstances, offering them the peace of mind they deserve. But Jamie's dedication doesn't stop there. She goes above and beyond to provide "sick coverage" for parents who require extra assistance. With her by your side, you can rest assured that your child's health and happiness are in the best hands. Based in the greater Orlando area, Jamie is eager to connect with your family and become an integral part of your journey. Alicja ~ PMD, NREMTP, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS, NRP, BLS, CPR, SBD

Alicja is a birth and postpartum doula, passionate about supporting families through their journey of parenthood. With over 10 years of experience in childcare as well as over 5 years of medical expertise, she brings a unique blend of compassion, expertise, and a keen eye to each and every family she supports. If you don't see Alicja with a newborn in her arms, she’s probably expanding her medical knowledge or continuing her career as a critical care pediatric paramedic at the local pediatric hospital. Because of this experience, she has developed a deep understanding of the medical needs of both infants and parents, enabling her to provide comprehensive support during the early stages of parenthood. Alicja specializes in overnight postpartum care, newborn care, and medically assisted care for newborns. Having spent some time traveling through 12 countries with her family, quality family time is something that she greatly values. Alicja truly believes that it takes a village to raise a family. That’s why she puts her all into supporting the growth of every family she works for, because when parents are well supported in caring for their little ones, they are better equipped to handle the joys and challenges of raising children. Having grown up as the eldest of four daughters, Alicja is well adapted to working with children of all ages. In addition, Alicja is cat and dog friendly, ensuring a harmonious environment for furry family members as well. Alicja will be sure to create a nurturing and empowering experience for you and your loved ones.

Aleksandra ~ PMD, NREMTP, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS, NRP, BLS, CPR, SBD

Aleksandra is a birth, postpartum, and bereavement doula. With over 10 years of experience in childcare she now specializes in both women and pediatric medical care. When Aleksandra isn’t helping families, she is expanding her knowledge in emergency and trauma care. She has worked at the local pediatric trauma hospital, as well as the center for women and babies. This experience helped her develop a strong working knowledge of the medical, physical, and mental needs of moms and babies during the early stages of parenthood and life. Aleksandra specializes in overnight postpartum care, newborn care, and the care of medically fragile babies. Quality family time is something Aleksandra greatly values. Some of her best memories were traveling to 12 countries with her family. She believes each member of the family should feel at ease and peaceful, even the furry ones. Aleksandra is pet friendly, ensuring a safe environment and transition for your furry friend too. Aleksandra puts so much love and one-of-kind care into supporting each and every family! When parents feel sustained, it makes the parenting journey incredibly less stressful, and allows for more time to enjoy the special moments a baby will bring.

Adelena ~ EMT, NREMT, BLS, CPR

Adelena Bielawski is a compassionate caregiver and licensed EMT with certifications in Birth and Bereavement Doula care, BLS, and CPR. With over eight years of hands-on experience, she blends medical knowledge with a nurturing presence, giving families confidence that their loved ones are safe and well cared for in both everyday and urgent situations.

She specializes in caring for children of all ages, from newborns to pre-teens, with a particular focus on medically fragile babies and children with unique health needs. Whether monitoring a baby with special requirements, providing comfort during an illness, or stepping in with “sick coverage” care, Adelena makes children’s health, safety, and happiness her top priority.

Families describe her as calm and reassuring, helping children feel secure and parents feel supported. In addition to her work with families, she actively volunteers at her church, assisting with children’s programs and offering compassionate support within her community.

Her care also extends beyond children to include trusted pet care. With experience training and caring for K-9 protection dogs, Adelena provides the same level of reliability and attentiveness to family pets, making her a well-rounded caregiver for the entire household. Whether offering birth support, responding to emergencies, or caring for little ones with special medical needs, Adelena is dedicated to providing professional, dependable, and heartfelt care.

Caleb K.

Caleb is an accomplished student, who is currently an honors student at University of Florida. Graduating second in his class of 700, Caleb's academic excellence is a testament to his dedication and hard work. Beyond academics, Caleb is actively involved in his community, serving with kids at church and gaining valuable experience tutoring middle schoolers. These roles have developed his leadership and communication skills, underscoring his passion for helping others and making a positive impact. In his personal life, Caleb enjoys a variety of hobbies that keep him energized and balanced. He is an avid swimmer, enthusiastic gamer, and regular at the gym, finding joy and fulfillment in both physical activity and virtual adventures. A proud dog owner, Caleb has spent the past three years with his beloved Bernedoodle, Koda. Koda's companionship has enriched Caleb's life, highlighting his love for animals and the importance of responsibility and care.

Lisa D. ~ CPR

Lisa Daly has a rich background in supporting families across various environments, including homes, schools, and churches. With 20 years of nanny experience, she has developed strong, lasting relationships with families while providing exceptional care for children of all ages, from infants to school-aged children. Her vast experience allows her to effectively understand the needs of both children and parents, fostering a nurturing and supportive atmosphere. In addition to her childcare expertise, Lisa has a deep understanding of home health care, gained from caring for her grandmother during her high school and college years. She took on vital responsibilities, such as administering medications and assisting with personal hygiene. This experience sharpened her caregiving skills and deepened her commitment to helping individuals at every stage of life. Lisa’s love for families extends beyond people—she also adores pets! She enjoys the chance to snuggle and care for your fur babies while you’re away, making sure they feel loved and safe. For Lisa, supporting families in every aspect of life is a true passion. She is dedicated to bringing joy, laughter, and learning to each family she works with, striving to make a positive and lasting impact.

Valery D. ~ BLS, CPR

Valery has a strong passion for caring for children and creating meaningful, joyful experiences. Over the past two years, she has worked at Chick-fil-A Lake Nona, refining her abilities in a fast-paced setting while gaining valuable insights into genuine hospitality. She holds CPR and BLS certifications and is currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education, aiming to become certified in K-6 education. Inspired by her mother, Valery’s ultimate goal is to become a nurturing mother herself, dedicating her life to raising and caring for her future children. Faith is central to her journey; she has been an active member of Discovery Church for eight years, and her love for Jesus guides her every day. Valery is also proud of her Puerto Rican, Cuban, and Colombian heritage, which drives her passion for education and fuels her dedication to positively impacting the lives of children.

Isabel R. ~ BLS, CPR

Isabel is a dedicated and compassionate nursing student currently pursuing her BSN, with CNA certification in progress and current CPR and BLS credentials. She completed ROTC as an elective, demonstrating her interest in leadership and service.

Born in Puerto Rico, she is fluent in both Spanish and English and is currently learning Italian. Her passion for healthcare and helping others has led her to participate in multiple medical missions across the United States, South America, and Africa—most recently in Uganda—where she provided hands-on care to underserved communities.

With experience caring for children from newborns to age 11, she brings a nurturing and patient-centered approach to every interaction. Deeply devoted to her three nieces, she treats each patient with the same love and compassion she gives her own family.

Outside of school and clinical work, she volunteers in her church’s kids ministry, continuing her commitment to serving and supporting children. A passionate traveler and culturally aware caregiver, she aims to make a meaningful, global impact through nursing and service.

Ashley Y. ~ BLS, CPR

Ashley is a Certified Medical Assistant and a full-time college student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with plans to graduate in April 2026. In addition to her academic and professional commitments, she proudly serves in the United States Army. Whether she’s caring for her own family, supporting others, or fulfilling her military duties, Ashley is deeply committed to service and compassion in every area of her life.

Born and raised in Texas, Ashley is fluent in both Vietnamese and English. She married in 2020 and relocated to Hawaii, where she has cared for numerous families with children ranging from newborns to five years old, as well as an elderly patient. During her pregnancy, she also gained valuable experience working at a family law firm. At the end of 2022, she welcomed a baby girl and took a step back to focus on her growing family. Now, she has reentered the workforce—bringing with her both professional expertise and personal parenting experience.

Ashley has traveled extensively across the United States and has visited five countries. She hopes to continue exploring the world with her own family in the future. She treats every family she works with—including their pets—with the same love, care, and respect she gives to her own.

Outside of work and family life, Ashley is also an American Kennel Club (AKC) judge and evaluator. In her free time, she enjoys competing in various dog sports with her two Belgian Malinois and has recently become active in her church community, attending Sunday services regularly.

Olivia E. ~ Child and Baby First Aid, CPR, AED

Olivia is a dedicated childcare professional with a strong foundation in both educational and therapeutic settings. She is a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in the state of Florida and holds current CPR and First Aid certifications.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Mass Media from the University of Central Florida, with a focus on Communication Sciences and Disorders as well as Marketing.

With several years of hands-on experience, Olivia has served in various roles including lead preschool teacher, private nanny, and pediatric speech therapy assistant. She has worked with children from infancy through adolescence, including those with special needs such as autism, developmental delays, and language disorders. Her well-rounded background allows her to provide a developmentally appropriate, engaging, and supportive environment tailored to each child’s individual needs.

Olivia is deeply committed to creating a safe, nurturing space while maintaining open, respectful communication with families. She brings reliability, compassion, and professionalism to every aspect of the care she provides.
