CPR in Wonderland provides hands-on CPR and First Aid training designed to give individuals, families, childcare providers, and healthcare professionals the confidence and skills to respond in an emergency. Classes are taught by an experienced paramedic and focus on practical, real-world training in a supportive and approachable environment.

Training is available for both healthcare professionals and community members, with American Heart Association certification options including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and HeartSaver CPR & First Aid. Private group classes are also available, making CPR in Wonderland a valuable resource for families, nannies, doulas, businesses, medical professionals, and organizations looking to stay prepared and certified.

Empower Lactation provides compassionate, evidence-based lactation support for mothers and babies throughout their breastfeeding journey. Led by Shannon McLaughlin, IBCLC, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Empower Lactation combines professional expertise with a personalized approach to help families feel confident, informed, and supported as they navigate feeding their baby.

With experience supporting hundreds of families, Shannon assists with a wide range of lactation needs, including breastfeeding and latch concerns, milk supply, pumping, tongue and oral ties, mastitis, triple feeding, infant allergies, tandem nursing, and other feeding challenges. Her background also includes postpartum doula training, trauma-informed care, and specialized training in tethered oral tissues (TOTs).

Empower Lactation recognizes that feeding support goes beyond breastfeeding alone, with an emphasis on supporting the mother’s overall postpartum experience and emotional well-being alongside the needs of her baby. Insurance-covered lactation services may also be available for qualifying families through The Lactation Network.

Led by Constance Tucker, LM, BSM, CPM, a licensed midwife with more than 30 years of experience across the medical system, her approach combines clinical expertise with compassionate, individualized care.

Constance specializes in hospital-supporting midwifery, helping families receive the benefits of personalized midwifery care while planning a hospital birth. Her services support families throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, with an emphasis on education, informed decision-making, advocacy, and ensuring parents feel heard and respected throughout their care.

Her experience includes supporting first-time parents, VBAC families, those navigating more complex pregnancy or postpartum experiences, and families transitioning home after a NICU stay. Sunshine Midwife’s approach is centered on creating a maternity experience that prioritizes both safety and the emotional well-being of the family.
